Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Essence Royale. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns of products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used products
  • Empty bottles
  • Products not in original packaging

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method:
    • UPI / Net Banking / Debit or Credit Card payments: refunded to the original account
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) after collecting your bank details
  • A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — please raise a return request after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges except where a wrong product has been delivered. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

To report a wrong product, email essenceroyaleofficial@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the product received.

5. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

6. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
